After Burt Reynolds Passed On, His Former Love Sally Field Had This to Say

When people get older, they tend to look back on their lives and rue the chances they didn’t take or the people they lost. Even celebrities can have regrets, and Burt Reynolds was no exception. The famous actor, who sadly passed away in September of 2018, always regretted the loss of one very special lady in his life: Sally Field. But when Burt passed on, Sally revealed what she had been keeping inside for so many years.

A Legend of the Silver Screen

Burt Reynolds was born in 1936 and grew up in various locations around the United States, including Michigan and Missouri before his family settled in Florida. He played football in high school and earned a scholarship at Florida State University.

He had a lot of potential and excelled at the game, even wanting to become a professional football player, but injuries curtailed his sporting career before it could even begin and he decided to switch to acting instead. He got his early roles on TV shows in the 1950s.
