An Untimely Death
It was around 2 AM when the car plowed into the back of a truck that happened to be spraying mosquito repellent. Somehow, the children were spared, and only the adults were killed. Jayne Mansfield was 34 at the time of her untimely death.

The police presumed that Harrison (the driver) might not have been able to see well due to the thick chemical fog that the truck was emitting from the spray. Authorities said that Jayne died instantly. And Mariska still has an evident a scar on the side of her head from the accident.
