Church Is Very Important to Him
Church is a huge and important part of Donny’s life, even to the point that it’s come between him and his family. This won’t be surprising if you’ve ever heard his motto: “God first, then family.” You can see how some family members might not appreciate that motto so much. Despite having a traumatic childhood and many years spent in the spotlight, Donny managed to create and keep a healthy family life.

He and Debbie have five sons: Donald Clark Osmond, Jr., Jeremy James Osmond, Christopher Glenn Osmond, Brandon Michael Osmond, and Joshua Davis Osmond. The big family does everything together and are seen vacationing often, doing charity work, and going to church.
But while Donny was happy with his marriage and religion, other parts of his life were crumbling.
