37. Mystique from X-Men
Who said female villains couldn’t be on the list? The X-Men supervillain is a shape-shifting assassin responsible for “offing” many important leaders. She also happens to be a villain that prefers not to wear clothes. The original character was played by Rebecca Rojamin and then eventually Jennifer Lawrence (as her younger version), took the role in recent years. Mystique is not to be underestimated, as she’s one of the most powerful of her tribe of mutants.
