Before Christina Applegate and David Faustino took the iconic roles, Tina Caspary initially played the character of Kelly while Hunter Carson played Bud.
However, the producers did a recast as a result of the lack of chemistry between the original actors. All the scenes of the Bundy kids’ scenes were shot again before the pilot episode was broadcasted.
