Voice Work for Cartoons

Eventually, both Donny and Marie needed to find other projects to make ends meet. Their careers were going downhill, so they had to find ways to remain part of the industry. Donny moved to voice work for characters in animation. You might have recognized his voice in his notable performance of “I’ll Make a Man Out of You” in Disney’s Mulan.

And Donny’s voice sounds as good in animated movies and shows as it does in person. Over the years, Osmond provided his voice for a bunch of well-known cartoon shows. His most memorable voice work was in 1972’s Rankin-Bass Saturday morning show The Osmonds and in 1997’s Hanna-Barbera cartoon Johnny Bravo, which was a major hit on the Cartoon Network.
